Troubleshooting:
Most issues can be resolved by simply power cycling the Modem and Router.
DO NOT attempt to factory reset the Modem or the Router. Any attempt to do so will result in requiring a service call to reestablish functionality and a service fee will apply.
First, unplug the modem located on the cabinet below the TV in the living room for 15 seconds, plug back in, and wait 5 minutes for it to reconnect.

If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, please visit Spectrum Outage Management to see if there is an outage in the area.
If still unable to resolve, contact Vacasa Customer Support at 1 (800) 544-0300.
Thermostat Instructions
Heating and Cooling Tips:
Select the mode (button 8) for Heating, Cooling, or Auto
Use arrows (buttons 3&5) on the Right Side to adjust Temperature higher or lower
Set the temperature you want. Setting the temperature to the minimum or maximum will not make the system heat or cool faster
A/C Protection: After the system turns off, the system will not restart for 5 minutes to protect the compressor
Do not set Fan (Button 6) to On mode to run continually if the humidity is high outside. The HVAC system draws fresh air from the outside and will cause high humidity inside.
Please do not enter the Menu to change any settings. Changing these settings may cause it not to function until setup again which requires a service call and additional charges.

If shipping something to the address, ensure that it is not shipped via USPS as only the owners have access to the mailbox.
Trash Disposal
Trash dumpsters are located behind the pool clubhouse visible from the unit.
Please do not leave any trash or other items ouside the unit even temporarily. This attracts animals and bugs quickly in South Carolina.
HOA Security patrols the property 24/7 and will issue a fine if anything is found outside of the unit, even "just for a minute".
Quiet Hours
Magnolia Pointe is a residential community and we ask you to respect your neighbors.
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7 am - 365 days a year.
Please do not run the Dishwasher, Washer, or Dryer during quiet hours.
Please be sensitive to the volume of Music and TVs, especially on the balcony.
If enjoying the balcony late in the evening, please be aware of noise levels and do not play music.
HOA Security patrols the property 24/7 and will issue fines for noise complaints.
If issues persist, HOA security will contact the Myrtle Beach Police and they will issue tickets.
If a fine is issued by the HOA, your stay will be terminated.
Pool
Magnolia Pointe has 7 pools and you are welcome to enjoy any of them.
All residents, guests and renters are cautioned that they USE THE SWIMMING POOLS, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES AT THEIR OWN RISK.
NO LIFEGUARDS ARE ON DUTY.
Pool rules are clearly posted in the pool areas and enforced.
Pool hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
Each person in the pool areas must wear or display the Association issued Pool Bracelets the entire time they are in the pool areas.
6 Pool Bracelets are located in the kitchen and must be returned at the end of your stay. If any Pool Bracelets are missing when you arrive, contact Vacasa Customer Service immediately. Lost or missing Pool Bracelets are $25 each to replace plus management service fees.
Pools are occasionally closed for maintenance or other hazards, just visit one of the other pools.
If a pool gate is locked, it is closed. Do not jump the fence to gain access.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Access to the clubhouses are for owners only and guests are not provided access codes for the doors.
Glass objects are prohibited in the pool area.
Proper pool attire is required. The wearing of improper attire, such as thongs or other overly revealing apparel is not permitted in the pool areas, courtyards, or other common areas.
Swim Diapers are required for children not toilet trained.
Pool deck furniture may not be removed from the pool enclosures to use as picnic or unit furniture.
Phones are located in the pool areas for emergency use only.
Pets are not permitted in pool enclosures.
Parking
Parking Passes are NOT required to be displayed on vehicles.
Two vehicles per unit are allowed.
Please park fully in open spaces and do not block Handicapped designated spots when loading or unloading.
Parking across the lines, blocking the thoroughfare, vehicles with expired tags, or parking in Handicapped designated spots without appropriate signage will result in ticketing and towing.
Electric Vehicles are NOT ALLOWED to charge at Golf Card charging locations or anywhere else in the complex. Violators will be immediately towed.
No motorcycles are allowed on the property at any time and are subject to immediate towing.
Security patrols the complex 24/7 and will tow vehicles found in violation of rules.
TV Tips
TV service is provided by Spectrum and includes a full line up of your favorite channels.
Channels are delivered through the Spectrum TV application available by pressing Home on the remote and launching the Spectrum TV app.
The application provides access to all of the TV channels live as you would on the cable box.
Using your own device?
If you want to hook up your own streaming device or a gaming system, please use one of the open HDMI ports on the TV.
Please do not unplug or move any cables that are currently connected so the next guest will not run into trouble using the TVs.
When done using your device, please return the TV to the HDMI 1 port so regular TV is available for the next guest.
Checking Out
Check-out time is 10AM:
No late checkouts can be accommodated unless arranged in advance through Vacasa.com as the property is often booked back to back and the cleaners must have time to clean quickly for the next guest.
Depending on availability, you can contact Customer Service to extend your stay one day.
When leaving, please take the following steps:
Please set thermostat to Auto mode and set A/C to 78 degrees and Heat to 58 degrees
Please ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked.
Please take out all trash from the unit and place it in the appropriate collection bins
Leave the Pool Bands on the kitchen counter. Missing bands are $25 each plus management service fee.
Place remotes for TVs in front of the respective TVs. Missing remotes are $50 plus service fee to reprogram.
Remove any food you brought into the unit. Please check cabinets, refrigerator, and freezer.
Wash any dirty dishes, silverware, and kitchenware and return to their place.
Place wet towels and washcloths in the tub or shower.

Elevator is available in the center of the building.
The property is Non-Smoking and No Pets. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees and termination of visit.
Please be diligent when driving through Magnolia Pointe and obey the 10 MPH speed limit.
No motorcycles are allowed in the complex at any time.
No Late Checkouts are allowed unless arranged in advance.
If there is a suspicious activity or noise disturbances in the complex, please call onsite security at 252-417-0105 for assistance.
If there is any threat of physical harm, do not call onsite security, call 911.
